Your Profile Information
You provide us with information when you register on the Platform, including but not limited to your username, date of birth (where applicable), email address and/or your phone number, information Which you disclose in your user profile, and your profile picture or video.
Expert Content and Behavioral Information
We process the content you create and view on the Platform, including the preferences you set (such as language choices), images, audio, and videos you upload or create, comments, and live streams you conduct (“Expert Content”). We collect Expert Content by preloading at the time of creation, entry or upload, regardless of whether you choose to save or upload that Expert Content, to suggest audio options and provide other personalized recommendations. If you use effects for your Expert Content, we may collect a version of the Expert Content without the effects. We may collect information about images and audio as part of your Expert Content, such as identifying objects and scenery appearing in it, the presence and location of faces and body characteristics and attributes in photos, the nature of audio, and spoken text in your Expert Content. We collect this information to enable special video effects, content moderation, demographic classification, content and advertisement recommendations and other non-identifying purposes. We may access content, including text, images, and videos, found in the device cache with your permission. For instance, if you choose to share content with a third-party platform or paste content from the cache into the Doctor Network App, we access the information stored in the cache to fulfill your request.
We also collect information about your use and habits on the Platform, such as how you engage with the Platform, including interactions with the content we provide to you, advertisements which you view, videos which you watch, issues which you encounter, content which you like, content which you save in “My Favorites,” and Experts who you follow. We identify your preferences, including your likes, gender, and age to personalize content. We process information about your followers, likes which you receive, and responses to the content you post to promote your content to other users and explore potential collaboration opportunities. When appropriate, we also use this information to deliver personalized advertisements and introduce new services and opportunities to you.
Information from Third-Parties
You may choose to share certain data with us from third parties, or through your use of the Platform, we may automatically collect data from those third parties. Below, we provide more details on the information we receive from third parties:
Business Partners
If you choose to register or use the Platform using your social media account details (e.g., Google) or sign-in services, you will provide us or allow us to access your username, public profile, and other information related to this account.
Advertisers, Advertising Networks, and Analytics Providers
We use information collected from you and your interaction with the Platform and third-party websites to determine what you might be interested in to deliver more relevant advertisements to you. This information tells us about websites you have visited, apps you have downloaded, and purchases you have made, allowing us to predict other interests and evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements on our Platform. We collect this information by using Cookies and similar technologies on our Platform and similar information we receive from third parties who advertise on our Platform and own the websites/apps you visit.
Location
When you download and install one of our mobile applications or use a computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device to access our websites, use our services or mobile applications, or purchase products or services through our websites, we may collect information about your location, which may include IP address-based, SIM card, and/or GPS information from your device (global positioning system).
We may combine this information with other location-based information, such as IP address and billing information, to provide you with information about nearby stores, the distance to those stores, and facilitate the deployment of Services or other features on our websites and mobile applications. In-App Purchases Information
Your purchases will be processed through your Apple or Google Play account. We do not collect any financial and payment information from you related to such transactions. Please refer to the relevant app store’s terms and notices for processing such data. To credit your account accurately with the correct value in coins, we maintain records of your purchases, the time of your transactions and the amount spent. Besides in-app coin purchases, if you choose to conduct other payment-related transactions, the Platform may collect payment information, including payment card numbers or third-party payment information if it needed for payment purposes.
Proof of Identity or Age
Occasionally, we may ask you to provide proof of identity or age to use certain features, such as live streaming or a verified account, ensuring you are of legal age to use the Platform or in cases where verification is required.
How We Use Your Personal Data

- To provide you with user support services;
- To personalize the content you receive and provide you with relevant content that you will be interested in;
- To allow you to share Expert Content and interact with other users;

- To enable you to participate in the interactive features of the Platform;
- To ensure that you are of legal age to use our Platform (as required by law);

- To manage the Platform, including troubleshooting;

If you choose to allow third-party services to access your account, we will share certain information about you with the third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide.
When you choose to share content on social media platforms, video, username, and accompanying text will be shared on that platform, or a link to the content will be shared if shared via instant messaging platforms.
Payment Service Providers
If you choose to purchase Services or conduct other payment-related transactions, we will share data with the respective payment service provider to facilitate this transaction.
Service Providers
We provide information and content to service providers that support our business operations, such as cloud service providers and content moderation service providers to ensure the Platform is safe and enjoyable, and service providers that support our Platform marketing efforts.
Analytics Service Providers
We use analytics service providers to help us optimize and improve the Platform. Our third-party analytics service providers also help us deliver targeted advertisements.
Advertisers and Ad Networks
We share information with advertisers and third-party measurement companies to inform them about the number and types of Platform users who have viewed or clicked on advertisements. We share your device ID with measurement companies so that we can link your Platform activity to your activity on other websites; we then use this information to show you ads that may be of interest to you.
Our Group
We may also share your information with other members, subsidiaries, or affiliates in our corporate group to provide the Platform including improving and optimizing the Platform, preventing unlawful use, and supporting users.

Public Profile
Please note that if your profile is public, your content may be visible to anyone on the Platform and can be accessed or shared by your friends and followers as well as third parties such as search engines, content aggregators, and news websites. You can change who can view your video each time you upload a video.
Sale or Merger
We will also disclose your information to third parties:
- if we sell or buy any business or assets (whether as a result of liquidation, bankruptcy, or otherwise), in which case we will disclose your data to the potential seller or buyer of such business or assets; or
- if we sell, buy, merge, are acquired by, or partner with other companies or businesses, or sell some or all of our assets. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
Where We Store Your Personal Data
Personal data which we collect from you may be stored on a server located in Vietnam or the United States, outside the country where you reside.
Your Rights and Choices
You can access and edit most of your profile information by logging into Doctor Network. You can delete Expert Content you have posted. We also provide various tools in Settings to allow you to control who can view your videos, send messages to you, or post comments on your videos, among other features. You can delete your entire account in Settings if you choose. You have the right to request the deletion of some or all of your personal data collected and stored on the Platform, except in cases where the retention of such information is mandatory current legal regulations or necessary for our compliance with legal obligations. Your data deletion request will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with regulations on personal data protection and user privacy rights. We reserve the right to refuse the deletion or destruction of data if your request does not comply with applicable laws. The Period which We Retain Your Personal Data
We retain your information for as long as necessary, for example, to comply with the contractual relationship between you and us or to provide our services to you. When we no longer need your information to provide services to you, we retain it only for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose to retain it, as permitted by applicable law. However, there are circumstances where we may retain this data for longer to comply with our legal obligations or when it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We will proceed to delete your personal data upon request, except in cases where: (i) the law requires us to retain such data; or (ii) retention is necessary under current legal regulations. We implement various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal data that we hold or control. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we have appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk and the severity to your rights and freedoms and those of other users. We maintain these measures and will modify them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.
To provide you with increase value and expand the information exchange environment, we may choose various third-party websites, applications, or services to link to and frame within the Platform. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes, controversies, claims, or disagreements of any kind arising from or related to these Terms of Service against or related to Doctor Network or any Indemnified Party subject to these Terms of Service will be resolved by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC). The language used in the arbitration process is Vietnamese in the case of disputes occurring between Us and users residing in Vietnam and English for users residing outside of Vietnam.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.
- We have the right to amend the terms of this policy at any time by posting the amended policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services on the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms of the policy.
- Nothing in this policy will create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Doctor Network.
- At any time, or times, if Doctor Network fails to enforce any provision herein, it does not affect our right at a later time to enforce these rights unless waived in writing.

- The terms set forth in these Terms of Service and any agreements and policies included or referenced in these Terms of Service constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties regarding the Services and Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between the parties on the subject matter. By entering into the agreement formed by these Terms of Service, the parties do not rely on any statement, representation, warranty, understanding, undertaking, promise, or assurance of any person other than those expressly set out in these Terms of Service.
