BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE OR USING THE DOCTOR NETWORK APPLICATION OR ONE OF OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR APPLICATION.

These Terms of Service  apply to your access, and use of, all or part of any website or mobile application of DOCTOR NETWORK INC. or one of its affiliated parties (including but not limited to branches, subsidiaries, partners, service providers of DOCTOR NETWORK INC.), including but not limited to www.doctornetwork.us or any other website, mobile application or online service that posts these Terms of Service.

 

1. Your Relationship With Us

Welcome to Doctor Network, powered by DOCTOR NETWORK INC. or one of DOCTOR NETWORK INC‘s affiliated parties. (“Doctor Network” or “we”).

Doctor Network is a social platform that operates on the exchange and sharing of personal and community health care information between Experts and Users, creating health care and consulting forums. reputable, becoming a channel providing information and introducing products and services in the field of health care (hereinafter referred to as “Platform“).

You are reading the Terms of Service (“Terms”) that we provide for the purpose of regulating the relationship between you and Doctor Network, and these Terms are understood and considered as the agreement between you and us, including the rules, terms and conditions for your access and use of the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products and content (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of these Terms, the terms “you” and “your” mean you as a user of the Service, receiving and/or providing information, recommending products, services in the field of health care.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you agree with us to form a binding contract with the Platform and that you accept and agree to comply with the Terms. At the same time, your access and use of our Services must also comply with our Community Guidelines for Content Creators and Privacy Policy, accordingly, the terms of such policies may be found directly on the Platform, or where the Platform is made available for download, on your mobile device’s app store, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, please note that (a) the terms “you” and “your” include both you and that business or entity, (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of such business or entity with the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity, and (c) your business or entity is legally and financially responsible for your access to and use of the Services as well as your access to and use of your account by other parties affiliated with your entity, including any employees, agents or contractors. Accordingly, you agree to provide us with the full Establishment Decision, or Enterprise Registration Certificate/Household Business depending on the type of operation and any documents demonstrating being an authorized representative of that entity.

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a Doctort, Nurse, Pharmacist, or Healthcare Professional, you represent and warrant that:

(i) Ensure that all practicing conditions are met as prescribed by law and fully provide us with document(s) including but not limited to Practicing Certificate issued by a competent authority, Training information, Currently working information, Work process, Enterprise Registration Certificate/Household Business depending on the type of activity, Clinic/pharmacy operating license, Registration of advertisement contents… Accordingly, you agree that you take full responsibility for the information/documents provided.

(ii) Comply with the law regarding medical examination and treatment practice according to relevant laws including but not limited to regulations on expertise, scope of activities, practice licenses, etc.

(iii) Ensure you are the legal owner of the account and have full capability and understanding to manage and operate the account you own. You will be fully responsible for all of your activities when using the Service.

You understand and agree that we have the right to automatically interpret your access or use of the Service as your acceptance of the Terms from the moment you access and use the Service.

 

3. Change of Terms

Doctor Network reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Service or any policy or guideline on the Platform, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Platform and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continuation use of the Platform will confirm your acceptance of these changes or modifications; Therefore, you should periodically review these Terms of Service and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our Platform. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may terminate your access or use of the Services.

 

4. Register and Use of Account

The Platform is not intended for, and not be used by, any person under 17 (seventeen) years of age. If you are under 17 (seventeen) years of age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your account can be used throughout the ecosystem of Doctor Network or one of Doctor Network’s affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Doctor Network ecosystem”) including but not limited to: NetLove, Speed Couple, Ban muon hen ho, Vo chong son, check-in events organized or co-organized by Doctor Network or organized by one of Doctor Network’s affiliates. For clarity, the Doctor Network ecosystem here includes any company or corporate affiliate controlled, controlled or under common control by Doctor Network or cooperated or associated with DOCTOR NETWORK INC at any country. We support automatic account synchronization so you have an optimal and uninterrupted experience when becoming a member of any product in the Doctor Network ecosystem.

To access or use our Services, you need to register for an account on the Platform. By registering for an account, you agree to (a) only create one account for one registered user phone number; (b) provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information; (c) maintain and promptly update your account information; (d) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your verification code with others and restricting access to your account and computer; (e) immediately notify Doctor Network if you discover or suspect any security breach relating to the Platform; and (f) are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

In case, if you know or suspect that a third party knows the verification code or tries to access your account, please notify us via email: support@doctornetwork.us.

You agree that you alone are responsible (with us or others) for all activities conducted on your account.

We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, or your account has been hacked or error, or unauthorized access to your account by any third party or if activities are performed on your account which, in our sole judgment and suspicion, will or may cause harm or damage to the Services or infringe or violate any rights of a third party, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you do not wish to continue using our Services, and wish to delete your account on the Platform, please contact us via support@doctornetwork.us, to receive our support and guidance about this process. You agree that when you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any content or information put into your account.

 

5. Access and Use of Our Services

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Access or use the Service if you do not have the legal capacity and civil capacity to agree to these Terms;
• Copy, modify, use, translate, create any derivative work of the Service or any content of the Service therein, including but not limited to all or part of the files, board or any document;
• Identify or attempt to identify any source code, algorithms, methods or techniques used in the Services or any derivative works of the Services;
• Distribute, license, transfer, or sell all or any part of the Service or any derivative works thereof;
• Market, rent or lease the Services for a fee or expense, or use the Services to advertise or make any commercial solicitation;
• Use the Services, without our express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including exchanging information or facilitating any commercial, solicitation or spamming;
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service, disrupt our website or any network linked to the Service, or disable any of the methods we use to prevent or limit access to the Services;
• Incorporate the Service or any part thereof into any other software or product. In such event, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or limit access to the Service in our sole discretion;
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliates with any person or entity, including by creating the impression that any content you upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available originates from the Service;
• Threaten or harass other users, or promote pornography, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• Use or attempt to use another person’s account, service or system without authorization from Doctor Network, or create a false identity on the Service;
• Use the Services in a manner that may create a conflict of interest or subvert the purpose of the Service, such as trading reviews with other users or writing or soliciting fake reviews;
• Use the Service to post, transmit, distribute, store or make available in any other way: files that contain viruses, trojans, computer worms, logic bombs or other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful; any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, solicitation, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spamming,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of prohibited solicitation; any personal information of any third party, including home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, numbers and characteristics in personal identification documents or credit card numbers; any material which infringes or may infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or privacy rights of any person; any material that is abusive, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory; any material which may constitute, encourage or provide instructions for criminal offences, dangerous activities or self-harm; any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonize people, in particular to stigmatize and bully, or that is intended to harass, harm, injure, intimidate, distress, embarrass or cause distress to others; any material that contains any type of threat, including threats of physical violence; any material that is racist or discriminatory, including discrimination on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability or sexual orientation;
• Provide or post any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analyzes or suggestions that you are not properly licensed or otherwise qualified to provide;
• Post or share any material that, in Doctor Network’s sole judgment, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Services, or material that may expose Doctor Network, the Service or users of the Service to any type of damage or liability.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to content in our sole discretion for any or no reason. We may remove or disable access to content for a number of reasons which may include finding the content objectionable, or otherwise harmful to the Service or our users. Our automated systems analyze your content to provide you with personalized product features, such as customized search results, targeted advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis is performed as content is sent, received, and as it is stored.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified, the Platform and all content and other materials on the Platform, including, without limitation, the Doctor Network logo and any designs, text, graphics, images, information, data, software, audio files, video, other files and the collection and arrangement thereof are our exclusive property protected by law.

We respect intellectual property rights and ask that you do the same. As a condition of your access and use of the Service, you agree not to use the Service to infringe any intellectual property rights. You commit to take full responsibility for intellectual property rights related to all content of articles/videos/images posted by you. In case of any violation, you will be fully responsible for all losses and expenses (including attorney and court fees and other arising expenses, if any) to us and/or subject whose intellectual property rights are violated. 

At any time and in our sole discretion, with or without notice, we reserve the right to block access and/or terminate the account of any user who infringes or is believed to infringe any copyright or other intellectual property right.

 

7. Advertising, Searches and Link to other websites

We have absolute discretion in determining the forms of advertising that are accepted and displayed on the Platform’s system.

Untrue and inappropriate advertisements will not be accepted by us.

Advertisers are responsible for complying with all domestic and international laws and regulations applicable to their advertising on the Platform, including but not limited to current Department of Health guidelines for advertising. The Platform will not monitor compliance with these laws and regulations. However, we reserve the right to review all advertisements for compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and if we discover any violation or potential violation of any regulation, law or these guidelines, we may remove such advertisement from the Platform without any prior notice for advertiser.

The Platform may provide links to the websites or mobile applications of third parties. We may also select websites to provide priority responses to your search queries and the Platform may agree to let advertisers respond to certain search queries with advertising or sponsored content. The Platform neither promotes nor endorses content from any third party website. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites, sites within the Platform, third-party sites provided as search results or third-party advertisements, and makes no representations regarding their content or accuracy. You are solely responsible for your use of third party websites and compliance with their terms and conditions of use. The Platform does not endorse any product, service or treatment advertised on our website or mobile application.

 

8. Content

A. Doctor Network Content

As between you and Doctor Network, all content, software, images, text, charts, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photos, audio, video, music on and the “look and feel” of the Services, and all intellectual property rights related thereto (“Doctor Network Content”) are owned or licensed for use by Doctor Network, it is understood that you or your licensors will own any Expert Content (as defined below) that you post or transmit through the Service. Use of Doctor Network Content or materials on the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited. Such content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any purpose whatsoever without prior written consent of us or our licensors, if any. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in or to their content.

You acknowledge and agree that we may generate revenue, add goodwill or otherwise increase our value from your use of the Services, including, for example and not limited to, through the sale of advertising, sponsorship, promotion, use of data, and unless specifically permitted by us under these Terms or in another agreement that you enter into with us, you will not be entitled to share in any such revenue, goodwill or value. You also acknowledge that, unless expressly permitted by us under these Terms or in another agreement you enter into with us, You (i) are not entitled to any income or other compensation from any Expert Content (defined below) or from your use of any musical works, sound recordings or any video clips made available to you on or through the Service, including in any Expert Content you create, and (ii) are prohibited from exercising any right to monetize or receive any compensation from any Expert Content within the Services or on any third party service (for example, you cannot request payment for Expert Content that has been posted to a social media platform such as YouTube for monetization).

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Services, including downloading the Platform to an authorized device, and to access Doctor Network Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use through your use of the Services Service and only in compliance with these Terms. Doctor Network reserves all rights in the Services and Doctor Network Content not expressly granted under these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Doctor Network may terminate this license at any time for any or no reason. 

Information and communications through the Services are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is your responsibility to seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Doctor Network does not endorse any specific advice, products, procedures, opinions or information that may be mentioned on the Services.

In no event shall Doctor Network be liable to the user or anyone else for any decision or action taken by the user or anyone else on the basis of the information provided on the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the content on our Services is provided for general information only and that you make your own independent determination as to its appropriateness for your use.

B. Content created by Experts

Only Expert of the Services can be authorized to post, upload or transmit (such as through transmission of information) or otherwise make available content through the Services, including but not limited to, Doctors, Nurses, Medical Professionals and Healthcare Professionals (hereinafter referred to as “Experts”). To have the right to provide content through the Services, Professionals are obliged to verify their expertise with us by providing sufficient documents proving their eligibility to practice, including but not limited to Practice License issued by a competent authority, Training information, Information about the unit currently working, Work history, Clinic/pharmacy operating license, Advertising license…. The Experts acknowledges that Doctor Network may have all rights to grant or deny the Experts’ rights to make content available through the Services. Such content includes, without limitation, any text, images, user videos and audio recordings (“Expert Content”). Service Experts may also extract all or any part of Expert Content created by other users to produce additional Expert Content, including Expert Content in collaboration with other users, which is a combination or intermingling of Expert Content created by multiple users. Experts of the Service may also insert music, images, stickers, and other elements provided by Doctor Network (“Doctor Network Elements”) into the Expert Content and transmit such content through the Service. The information and materials in the Expert Content, including Expert Content containing Doctor Network Elements, have not been verified or approved by us. The perspective expressed by other users on the Service (including through the use of virtual gifts) do not represent our views and opinions. 

Any time you access or use a feature that allows you to post or transmit Expert Content through the Service (including through certain third party social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter…), or to contact other Service Professionals, you must comply with the standards set forth in the “Access and use of Our Services” section above. You may also choose to post or transmit your Expert Content, including Expert Content containing Doctor Network Elements, on websites or platforms operated by third parties. If you decide to do so, you must comply with those third party content guidelines and the standards set out in the “Access and Use of Our Services” section above, and we are exempted from all liability for the above content in case of any dispute arising (if any).

You warrant that any such contributions do comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of this warranty. This means that you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of this warranty.

Any Expert Content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You must not post any Expert Content on or through the Services or transmit to us any Expert Content that you believe to be confidential or proprietary. When you make Expert Content available through the Service, you agree and represent that you own such Expert Content, or that you have received all necessary permissions and approvals from, or authorized by, the owner of any portion of the content to provide such content to the Service, to transmit such content from the Service to other third party platforms, and/or otherwise use any third party content, and we are fully discharged from all liability whatsoever arising in connection with the Expert Content.

The owner of the Expert Content still owns the copyright in the Expert Content submitted to us, but by making the Expert Content available through the Service, you, hereby, grants us an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, copy, create derivative works, publish and/or transmit, and/or distribute and to license other users of the Service and other third parties to view, access, use, download, modify, adapt, copy, create derivative works of, publish and/or transmit your Expert Content in any form and on any platform, whether known today or later invented.

You also grant us a royalty-free license to use your username, image, voice, and likeness to identify you as the source of any of your Expert Content.

Right to go directly to Users. All rights you grant in your Expert Content under these Terms are granted on a rights-to-user basis, i.e. the owner or operator of the third party service shall not have any individual liability to you or any other third party for any Expert Content posted or otherwise used on such third party service through the Service.

Waiver of Rights to Expert Content. By posting Expert Content to or through the Service, you waive any right to inspect or pre-approve any advertising or promotional materials relating to such Expert Content. You also waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity, or any other rights of a similar nature with respect to your Expert Content, or any portion thereof. To the extent any moral rights are not assignable or transferable, you hereby waive and agree never to assert any and all moral rights, or support, maintain or permit any action in reliance on any moral rights you may have in or relating to any Expert Content you Post to or through the Service.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any User Content you submitted or posted to our Services constitutes a violation of that third party’s intellectual property rights, or privacy rights.

We, or our authorized third parties, reserve the right to cut, crop, edit or refuse to publish your content, in our or the third party’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove, disallow, block or delete any posting you make to our Services if, in our opinion, your posting does not comply with our content standards set forth in the “Access and Use of Our Services” section above. Additionally, we have the right – but not the obligation – to remove, disallow, block or delete, in our sole discretion, any Expert Content that (i) we believe to be in breach of these Terms, or (ii) in connection with claims from other users or third parties or (iii) we have grounds and/or suspicion of the Expert Content violate the Community Guidelines for Content Creators or violate any law, with or without notice and without any liability to you. Therefore, we recommend that you save a copy of any Expert Content you post to the Service on your personal device(s) in case you want to ensure that you have the rights to access to copies of that Expert Content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, suitability or quality of any Expert Content, and in no event are we responsible in any way for any Expert Content.

You control whether your Expert Content is publicly available on the Service to all other users of the Service or only to those you approve. To limit access to your Expert Content, you should select the privacy settings available within the Platform.

We are not responsible for any content provided by users and published by us or authorized third parties.

Doctor Network takes reasonable measures to promptly remove from our Services any infringing material of which we become aware or reasonably suspect. It is Doctor Network’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users of the Service who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

We continue to develop and evaluate our own product ideas and features, and we value your consideration of the preferences, feedback, comments, and suggestions we receive from the user community. If you choose to contribute by sending us or our employees any comments about products, services, features, modifications, upgrades, content, enhancements, technology, suggestions about content (such as audio, graphics, games, or other types of content), promotions, strategies, product names/features, or any other materials, artwork, or computer code, related diagrams or any other documents (collectively, “Feedback”), then, regardless of what your communication refers to, the following terms shall apply to avoid future misunderstandings. Accordingly, by submitting Feedback to us, you agree that:

1. Doctor Network is under no obligation to review, evaluate, or act on your Feedback, or to respond to all or part of any Feedback for any reason;
2. Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis, and we are under no obligation to keep any Feedback you submit confidential or not to use or disclose such Feedback in any way; and
3. You irrevocably grant to us a perpetual and unlimited permission to copy, distribute, create derivative works, modify, publicly perform (including performing on direct-to-audience basis), communicate to the public, provide, publicly display, and otherwise use and exploit the Feedback and derivative works of the Feedback for any purpose and without limitation, without charge, and without attribution of any kind, including the creation, use, sale, offering for sale, import, and promotion of commercial products and services that incorporates or contains Feedback, in whole or in part, and whether as provided or modified.

 

9. Guarantee of Compensation

You agree to protect, hold harmless, and hold Doctor Network, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated parties, as well as each of the managers, directors, employees, agents and consultants of such affiliated parties, from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising from your or any person using your account’s breach of these Terms or arising from your breach of your obligations, representations and warranties under these Terms.

 

10. Guarantee of Exclusions 

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights which you may not have agreed by agreement to substitute or waive and are always legally entitled to as a consumer.

The Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties or representations to you regarding the Services. In particular, we do not represent or warrant to you that:

• Your use of the service will meet your requirements;
• Your use of the service will be uninterrupted, without delay, secure and error-free;
• Any information you receive from your use of the service will be accurate and reliable; and
• Defects in the performance or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected.

No conditions, warranties or other terms (including any implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or description) applies to the services except to the extent such conditions, warranties or terms are expressly set out in these terms. We may change, suspend, withdraw or limit the provision of all or any part of our platform for business and operational reasons at any time without notice.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Doctor Network and all of our respective officers, employees, directors, agents, contractors and appointed persons shall not be liable to you for any losses of any kind or in any manner (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with:

(i) any loss of profits (arising directly or indirectly); (ii) any loss of commercial advantage; (iii) any loss of opportunity; (iv) any loss of data suffered by you; (v) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including any loss of data, interruption of service, computer, telephone or other mobile devices) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Doctor Network site or the service, including damages arising therefrom, even if Doctor Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages or has been advised to be liable; (vi) any access, use and/or inability to use Doctor Network or the Services; (vii) any data or information provided through Doctor Network and/or the Services; (viii) any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other harmful, destructive or corrupting code, agent program or script (macro); or (ix) any use of or access to any other website or website affiliated with Doctor Network, even if we or our officers or agents or employees may have been advised , or otherwise be able to predict, the likelihood of the occurrence of a similar event.

Any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of:

• Any reliance you place on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertisement, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or any sponsor whose advertising appears on the service;
• Any changes we may make to the service, either as a result of the temporary or permanent discontinuance of the service (or any feature within the service);
• The deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content and communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the service;
• Your failure to provide us with accurate account information; or
• Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential.

Any risks of misunderstandings, errors, damages, costs or losses arising from the use of Doctor Network and/or the Service are solely the responsibility of you under the law, or other users or with any third party and we will not accept any liability.

We will not be responsible for the content you post or share on the Platform. You will be fully responsible for your activities on our service for violations of content law, or violations of intellectual property rights… related to video/image content. You who commit violations will have to compensate, and reimburse us or other users as well as copyright holders for all losses, expenses (including attorney and court costs, other arising expenses, if any).

You understand and agree that, in the event you are an Expert, you represent and warrant that you are the sole, legal owner of the Expert account on the Platform, are responsible for all activities arising from or related to the account including but not limited to posting, sharing information, commenting, interacting on the Platform and we are fully exempt from liability related to any activity from your account. 

You agree to protect, indemnify and release us from legal obligations, proceedings, losses, and expenses including but not limited to court fees, attorney fees, and consultants related to settlement or arising from Your breach during use of the Platform.

 

12. Other Terms 

1. Applicable law and Jurisdiction. Subject to these Terms, the subject matter and form of these Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any issue relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms, will be in trial and finally settled in accordance with arbitration procedures conducted by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (“VIAC Rules”) in effect at the time of trial, which rules are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms by reference in this clause. Arbitration procedures will be conducted in Vietnam. The arbitration panel shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. The language used in the arbitration proceedings is Vietnamese in case the dispute takes place between Us and users residing in Vietnam and English for users residing outside Vietnam.
2. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the complete legal agreement between you and Doctor Network and govern your use of the Service and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Doctor Network with respect to the Service.
3. Error Correction. Any typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions in any approval, invoice or other document from Doctor Network will be subject to correction by us without rise to any liability on Doctor Network.
4. Links. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a manner as to suggest any form of cooperation, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You may not establish a link to our Services on any website that is not owned by you. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in the “Accessing and using Our Services” section above. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Nothing in these General Terms shall constitute a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the User and Doctor Network.

1. Age Limit. The Services are only intended for people 17 years of age or older. By using the Services, you confirm that you are over the relevant age specified in these Terms. If we discover that someone is under the age specified above are using the Service, we will terminate that user account.
2. No Refusal. Our failure to require or enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
3. Security. We do not guarantee that our Services will be secure or free of errors or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our Services. You should use your own anti-virus software. 
4. Individuality. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable at law, then that provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions nor shall it affect the validity or enforceability of any provision to be determined at law.
